No-Hitter for Buehrle: Mark Rocks Rangers

Congratulations to White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle, who no-hit the Texas Rangers 6-0 yesterday in Chicago, the first no-hitter thrown by a Sox hurler since 1991. Buehrle faced the minimum twenty-seven batters walking only one hitter, Sammy Sosa, and later picking him off first. Jim Thome and Jermaine Dye also warmed the hearts of Sox fans in the 38 degree weather with Thome with two solo homers and Dye with a grand slam.
